Southern California heat wave expected to start easing Monday

National Weather Service issues another excessive heat warning Sunday. By midweek forecasters expect the region to have cooled by as much as 15 degrees.The heat wave that has scorched Southern California for several days is expected to ebb starting Monday as temperatures cool and humidity falls.
