Wildfire Burn Scars Worsen Colorado Flooding

A total of 6.5 inches of rain has fallen in Boulder, Colo., and continues to fall, causing flash floods throughout the area. Past wildfires have made the flash flooding worse by making water less likely to be absorbed into the ground.
