Chikungunya Fever: Will the Virus Spread to the US?

An infection with the chikungunya virus - a mosquito-borne disease that was once confined to Africa and Asia - causes severe pain, fever, headache, vomiting and rash. Experts are concerned that it's now spread to the Caribbean and might arrive in the US.
