Researcher Helping to Solve Moon's Water Puzzles

Dr. Richard Miller, a high-energy astrophysicist at The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), is leading a team effort to apply new techniques to better characterize hydrogen, or water, at the moon's poles and map its distribution.
