President Obamas health care reform legislation has been the subject of lively political and legal debate. Many lawsuits have been filed to prevent the implementation of the legislation. These lawsuits claim that Congress exceeded its power in enacting certain provisions of the new law. In this video, legal scholar Allison Orr Larsen discusses the constitutional arguments at issue in these challenges to the health care reform legislation.
