Sony presents optional 3-D sheet as new laptop accessory

(PhysOrg.com) -- Sony has come out with a sheet for a notebook PC where the viewer can see 3-D images without having to wear special glasses. Sony displayed the sheet at IFA 2011 in Berlin, Europe’s showcase of consumer electronics, which runs from September 2 to September 7. The sheet is targeted for Sony’s Vaio S series, as an optional accessory for models that are equipped with a Blu-Ray drive. The screen attaches to the computer’s LCD screen.
