New technique for repair work using experts from another location

If problems occur at a company's complex plant, the local staff is often not able to solve them without external support. Computer scientists have now developed a platform to enable communication between specialists and the company. Thus, the experts can instruct the staff in what has caused the problem and how it can be fixed.
