Nirenberg, who solved genetic code, dies

NEW YORK, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Marshall Nirenberg, a biologist who broke the genetic code, earning a Nobel Prize, died of cancer at his New York home, his stepdaughter said. He was 82.
