Weather radar used in wildlife studies

SANTA CRUZ, Calif., Feb. 18 (UPI) -- A U.S. scientist says using storm-chasing radars to follow swarms of bats as they emerge at night is advancing a new scientific discipline dubbed "aeroecology."
