Tree rings show history of Amazon rainfall

LA PAZ, Bolivia, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- Researchers say tree ring samples from eight cedar trees in Bolivia have helped reveal a history of seasonal rainfall in the Amazon basin over the past century.
