Most U.S. adults have vocabulary of more than 42,000 words

Brooks HaysGHENT, Belgium, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- A new vocabulary test suggests native English-speaking Americans know an average of at least 42,000 words by the time they turn 20 years old.
