Winnipeg's fortress of deadly disease

From the outside, the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health on Arlington Street in Winnipeg's north end looks like any other fairly new government building. Big with lots of glass and concrete. But there's something special inside. The building houses the National Microbiology Laboratory, one of only 15 Level 4 facilities in the world.
