China's micrblogging craze an instrument of change and control

China's Twitter-like website Sina Weibo has given a digital megaphone to more than 300 million Chinese, but some say the exploding phenomenon of microblogging is not the driver of political reform many hoped it would be and has simply made it easier for the ruling communist government to keep an eye on its citizens.
