Toft named Fulbright scholar

Monica Toft, associate professor of public policy at Harvard Kennedy School, has been selected for a 2012-2013 Fulbright U.S. scholar grant. Toft is also director of the Belfer Center’s Initiative on Religion in International Affairs, and is the author of several books, most recently “God’s Century: Resurgent Religion and Global Politics.” Her research interests include religion and politics, nationalism and ethnic conflict, civil and interstate wars, the relationship between demography and national security, international relations theory, and military and strategic planning.
