Increasing physical activity by 30 minutes a day reduces cancer death risk, study says

Light exercise can help older adults with cancer live longer, according to a study published by JAMA Oncology. An extra 30 minutes of light-intensity physical activity daily reduces risk of cancer death by 8 percent.
