Maryland uncovers 47,500 fraud unemployment claims in nationwide criminal scheme

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said the state has uncovered more than 47,500 fraudulent unemployment insurance claims filed as part of "a massive, sophisticated criminal scheme" involving widespread identity theft.
