Ouya console a nice idea, but deeply flawed

Priced at only $99, the fledgling Ouya console is hoping to shake up the video game industry by providing a cheaper, more open gaming platform. But as Peter Nowak discovers, the unit has download problems, the controller has poor responsiveness and among the 162 available games, there isn't a single 'system seller.'
