Former Google X VP Megan Smith on biases in tech industry

For safety reasons, Google CEO Sundar Pichai canceled a meeting meant to address a controversial memo. The 10-page document written by former employee James Damore criticized the tech giant's diversity initiatives. Pichai said the company needs to "step back and create a better set of conditions for us to have the discussion." Megan Smith, former vice president of Google X and U.S. chief technology officer under President Obama, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss discrimination in the tech industry.
