Tsunami hit Geneva in AD 563: scientists

Nearly 1,500 years ago a tsunami triggered by a rockfall swept Lake Geneva, engulfing its shores with a wall of water up to 13 metres (42 feet) high, Swiss scientists reported on Sunday.
