Two new studies describe likely beneficiaries of health care reform in California

The majority of the 4.6 million Californians likely to be eligible for health coverage under health care reform's new California Health Benefits Exchange and the expansion of Medi-cal are also those who may be least likely to be excessive users of costly health services: men, singles, and the working age, according to two new policy briefs.
