New Record! Telescope Finds 19 Asteroids in One Night

The Pan-STARRS PS1 telescope, high atop a Hawaiian peak, set an all-time record last month, spotting 19 new asteroids in a single night. Two of the space rocks will come close to Earth in the next 100 years or so.
