Russian Rocket Moves to Launch Pad

On Dec. 19, the Russian Soyuz spacecraft slated to carry three new crewmembers to the International Space Station on Dec. 21 was moved to the launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
