First Solar Eclipse of 2014 Occurs Tuesday: Australia Set for Best View

Australians will see the moon cover about 65 percent of the sun's disk in a partial solar eclipse. A small part of Antarctica, however, will witness an annular eclipse, in which a spectacular "ring of fire" blazes in the sky.
