Fish fossil offers earliest example of teeth

Brooks HaysLEIDEN, Netherlands, June 24 (UPI) -- Scientists have suggested all teeth, regardless of species, originated from scales. Now, there's solid evidence thanks to a 400 million-year-old fish fossil.
