Andrew V. PestanoBATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Louisiana authorities on Tuesday cut through and dug a 1-foot-deep hole in Alligator Bayou Road to relieve flooding in the Ascension and Iberville parishes.
