Japan's Fukushima cleanup 4 years on

Four years after the tsunami and nuclear disaster, residents of Okuma, a village near the stricken Fukushima Dai-ichi plant in Japan, are angry about plans to dump 30 million tonnes of radioactive debris nearby. Few believe Tokyo's assurances that the site will be cleaned up and shut down after 30 years.
