The Obama administration unveiled the Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights - new guidelines for Internet security. The goal is to give people more control over the way companies like Facebook, Google and Apple use their personal information. Prof. Jeffrey Hancock, chairman of the Information Science department at Cornell University, talks to Charlie Rose, Gayle King and Erica Hill.
