Comet ISON's Thanksgiving Day Sun Encounter: Complete Coverage

The potentially dazzling Comet ISON will make its closest pass with the sun on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 28). The comet's brightness will probably rapidly increase as it passes nearly 730,000 miles (1.2 million kilometers) above the surface of the sun.
