Bright Spots On Dwarf Planet Ceres Not Explained Yet | Video

NASA's Dawn Mission sent back the best imagery yet showing many craters and unusual bright spots. NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory scientists believe they reveal how the planet "formed and whether its surface is changing."
