Study: Cheaper gas lowered emissions

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Fewer emissions from U.S. power plants in 2009 were the result of cheaper prices of natural gas, reducing the industry's reliance on coal, researchers say.
