Russian Meteor Explosion's Dust Cloud Lingered In Atmosphere for Months

The meteor that exploded over Chelyabinsk, Russia in February left behind a dust cloud that stayed in Earth's atmosphere for at least three months, a new study using observations from NASA's Suomi NPP satellite has shown.
