Florida's weather cast a lingering cloud over Friday's countdown for SpaceX's long-delayed commercial cargo run to the International Space Station.In the run-up to the Falcon 9 rocket's launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, forecasters set the chances of acceptable weather at 40 percent.
