Year of Gulf Oil Spill Satellite Imagery

NASA's instrument MODIS aboard satellite's Terra and Aqua have been capturing imagery for the past year from the Gulf of Mexico; following the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig on April 20, 2010 and the ensuing oil spill.
