Death Diving Comet: Lovejoy's Final Hours Approach

NASA's Solar and Heliospheric Observatory has captured the comet on December 14 & 15 as it nears the Sun. The icy space rock is not expected to survive the intense heat and may put on a brilliant light show for nearby satellites in its death throws.
