New dinosaur had 'T. rex arms' that evolved independently

Brooks HaysCHICAGO, July 13 (UPI) -- Scientists aren't sure why Tyrannosaurus rex grew such stubby arms, but the short, stunted, two-clawed limbs were useful enough to evolve multiples times.
