3 U.S. scientists share Nobel Prize in medicine

Elizabeth Blackburn of California, Carol Greider and Jack Szostak are named for their discoveries on aging and cancer cells. Three U.S. scientists who discovered key aspects of how cells and animals age and how cancer cells become immortal will share the 2009 Nobel Prize in physiology or medicine.
