Mars Lander Pronounced Dead, Despite "Lazarus Mode"

NASA declared the Phoenix Mars Lander mission finished Monday. There is a slight chance the lander's "Lazarus mode" could allow Phoenix to rise again in 2009, though in a limited capacity.
